About The Founder

Wilma Matos is a bilingual, professional business strategist, AI automation consultant, and purpose-driven digital marketer with a Master’s in Public Affairs and a certification in Digital Marketing from Purdue University. With a background in Social Work, public service, and nonprofit leadership, she brings over a decade of experience helping small businesses and community organizations grow sustainably. Why I Started Innovaluz

I created Innovaluz for the people who give their all—but are stuck doing it all.

Small business owners and nonprofit leaders are some of the most passionate, committed people I’ve ever met. But too often, they’re stretched thin—trying to do everything, every day, without the right support.

It’s not a lack of effort or ability—it’s a lack of systems. And it’s holding them back from the growth and impact they’re capable of.
